No cookies, no trackers.

This site serves static pages. It sets no cookies, loads no third-party scripts, installs no analytics or advertising tools and collects no browsing data. Fonts and every library are hosted on the same server as the site.

What data is processed

• Server logs. Like every website, the web server records IP address, page requested, date and time and browser type, for technical and security reasons. Logs are deleted automatically within a few days.
• Email. If you write to me, I process what you choose to send purely in order to reply. I do not pass it on to anyone and I do not use it for anything else.
• Newsletter. The «Inneschi» newsletter is hosted on Substack, which has its own privacy policy. You subscribe on their site, not on this one.
• Language. If you switch language with the link in the menu, a single cookie named lang stores your choice for a year. It holds nothing but it or en, it identifies nobody, and if you never touch that link it is never set.

External links

The portfolio projects (risultati5x1000.it, finanziamentipartiti.it, eci.eumans.eu and the others) are separate sites with their own notices. This page does not preload them and shares no data with them.

Your rights

You may at any time request access to, correction of or deletion of the data you sent me, by writing to info@michelangelogigli.it. You also have the right to lodge a complaint with the Italian Data Protection Authority (Garante per la protezione dei dati personali) or with the supervisory authority in your own country.

Bookings and the contact form

If you book a call or write to me through the form, what you enter (name, email, organisation, phone, message) is stored in a database on my server, in Europe. I use it to reply to you and to keep track of the conversation. I do not pass it on, do not sell it and do not use it for automated newsletters. You can ask for it to be deleted at any time.

For technical and anti-spam reasons I also store the IP address and browser used at the moment of sending. Every booking comes with a link that lets you cancel it yourself.
