Why

For years I raised money for civil rights, election campaigns and movements. The tools I needed either did not exist or cost too much. So I started building them. Today I help organisations and campaigns put artificial intelligence inside their processes: clean data, funnels that convert, platforms that stay in the hands of the people who use them.

What I do

Seven ways to put AI to work for your cause.

01Consulting

Fundraising and AI consulting

The core service: I look at your fundraising with fresh eyes, work out what is working and what is not, and build a plan you can actually execute. Then we decide together where artificial intelligence pays for itself and where it is just fashion.

  • Audit of existing fundraising and an annual plan
  • Choosing AI tools and estimating what they really cost
  • Goals, KPIs and honest measurement
  • Ongoing support or a fixed-scope project
02Politics

Political and electoral fundraising

Raising money for a party, a committee or an election campaign is a trade of its own: compressed timelines, strict disclosure rules, donors who do not want to help but to win. I have done it for years, with strategies tested in Italian and European campaigns.

  • Fundraising plans for elections and referendum campaigns
  • Small donor programmes and recurring micro-donations
  • Major donors, companies and support committees
  • Disclosure duties and transparency on donations

03Process

AI inside fundraising processes

Custom automations and agents: email appeals, thank-yous, segmentation, reporting. AI takes the repetitive work and the team goes back to talking to people.

  • Agents and skills trained on your tone of voice
  • Automated funnels, acknowledgements and reports
  • Copy, email and print, always with a human edit
04Data

Data, CRM and dashboards

I collect, clean and connect the data you already have: donors, signatures, members, transactions. Dashboards people actually read, CRMs people actually use, integrations with whatever is already in place.

  • Deduplication, imports and alignment across sources
  • Integrations: Stripe, PayPal, Mailchimp, local payment providers
  • Custom or open source CRM (Mira, Forager)
05Platforms

Campaign and mobilisation platforms

Multilingual petition sites, signature forms, donations, campaign landing pages. Ready in days, not months. And yours to keep, with no subscription holding you hostage.

  • Petitions and signature drives in up to 27 languages
  • Card, PayPal and bank transfer donations, synced with the CRM
  • Landing pages and full campaign sites

Elections and referendums →

06Open data

Open data and transparency

I turn unreadable public data into tools anyone can use: databases, rankings, maps, APIs. Because transparency should not require a PDF reader.

  • Scrapers and pipelines from official sources
  • Searchable databases with charts and maps
  • Public APIs and AI assistants on top of the data
07Training

Training and hands-on support

Courses, webinars and working sessions that bring AI into the team: prompts, agents and skills that stay behind after I leave. No dependency on the consultant.

  • «AI agents for fundraising» course and webinars
  • Practical sessions on your own real cases
  • Documentation and a proper handover

About

A fundraiser who learned to build the tools.

I studied International and Diplomatic Sciences and meant to become a diplomat. Then I found fundraising and it became the job: finding the money for non-profits, parties and movements fighting real battles.

I work every day on fundraising at Associazione Luca Coscioni and with Eumans, between Rome and Brussels: email and funnels, tax designation campaigns, regular donors, corporate and major donors, signature drives across Europe.

A large part of my work is political fundraising: election campaigns, referendums, committees, parties and movements. It is the hardest discipline in fundraising — brutal deadlines, disclosure rules, no second chance — and it is the one I like most.

In recent years I have added a second trade: using AI to build the tools the sector was missing. Open databases, CRMs, multilingual petitions, agents that write and analyse. I use them myself first, then bring them to the people who need them.

  • 01TransparencyEvery euro raised has to be traceable. If donors do not trust you, they do not give. And they are right.
  • 02SimplicityThe best campaigns are understood instantly. No smoke, no consultant jargon. Substance only.
  • 03ImpactEvery system aims at a concrete change. If nothing changed, it did not work.

How I work

No eighty-page decks. Prototypes you test with real data.

  1. 01

    Listen

One call, your data, your workflows. I work out where the time goes and where the money goes. Usually it is the same place.

  2. 02

    Prototype

A working prototype in days, not a document. You try it with real data and we cut whatever turns out to be useless.

  3. 03

    Production

I put it live, connect it to the tools you already have, and measure. Every automation has a number that says whether it is working.

  4. 04

    Handover

I train the team, document everything, and the system stays yours. If you still need me to run it, I did something wrong.

Write to me

Got a cause worth fighting for? Let's talk.

Frequently asked

The things people always ask.

How much does fundraising consulting cost?

It depends on what you need. An audit and a fundraising plan have a fixed price agreed in advance; longer projects are priced by the day or by the project. The first call is free and exists precisely to work out the right size. With small organisations I almost always find a workable arrangement.

Does artificial intelligence replace the fundraiser?

No. AI does the repetitive work: drafting, cleaning data, looking up public information, producing reports. The relationship with donors stays human. In practice the team gets hours back to spend on people instead of spreadsheets.

Do you only work with large organisations?

No. I work with small associations, committees, electoral campaigns and movements as well as with established organisations. Many of the tools I use are open source or free, precisely for people on a small budget.

Which countries do you work in?

Italy is home, but the work is European: coalitions across 16 countries, a petition running in 27 languages, EU institutional data. Rules on political finance differ country by country, so on non-Italian campaigns I work alongside your local legal and accounting advisers, and I bring the strategy, the machinery and the tools.

How does political fundraising differ from non-profit fundraising?

Timing and motivation. A campaign lasts weeks and has a deadline that will not move; an association works on an annual cycle. And people who give to a political cause do not want to help: they want to win. The ask has to talk about the goal, the opponent and the concrete consequences. Then there are disclosure duties, which have no equivalent in the non-profit world.

What happens to donor data?

It stays yours. I build systems that run on your servers or in your accounts, with a full export available at any moment. Where possible I use tools that run locally, without shipping your files to outside services.

How long before results show?

A working prototype takes days, not months. Process automation is measured from the very next campaign. A full fundraising plan plays out over an annual cycle, but the first signals arrive much earlier.

In which languages do you work?

English and Italian, for calls, documents and copy. The platforms I build are multilingual by default — the largest one currently runs in 27 languages.
